Introduction

Meeshop ApS (“Meeshop”) is an online platform that offers hosted webshops to businesses. Businesses (“Customers”) can create and manage their own webshop through Meeshop’s service, and enter into transactions with their own end customers.

Customer responsibility

The Customer undertakes to comply with Danish and foreign legislation when using Meeshop, this applies to all content and activity. This means that the Customer is responsible for all information and data published from the person's account. The Customer must also ensure that their use of Meeshop neither directly nor indirectly infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties. The Customer may under no circumstances carry out deliberate activities that place a greater burden on Meeshop's servers or functions. The Customer may also not deconstruct or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted under applicable law, notwithstanding this limitation. The Customer is personally responsible for the security of access to their own account. Meeshop is not responsible for damage caused by authorized or unauthorized persons. The Customer is responsible for all content, data and activity that occurs through the Account. The content is monitored and illegal content may be removed without further notice, which may result in the possible deactivation of the Customer's Account.

Meeshop's liability and limitation of liability

Meeshop strives for the highest possible operational stability and security of the customer's data, but is not responsible for disruptions that are beyond Meeshop's control. In the event of downtime or system errors, Meeshop must strive to get the service up and running again within a reasonable time. time. Meeshop disclaims any liability and pays no compensation for system errors, downtime, data loss or the like.

Payment and subscription

All subscriptions entered into between the Customer and Meeshop can be terminated at any time, where the Customer will still have access during the paid period. A subscription is paid monthly and automatically renewed. The Customer can terminate their subscription themselves by logging into the administrative system and going to "Billing". Meeshop's application fee of 2% is either charged directly with a transaction (if you use Stripe), or automatically deducted each month in total (if you use QuickPay). All prices are stated without VAT.

Ending

The Customer may terminate their subscription with Meeshop at any time. Meeshop may terminate the cooperation with the Customer if it is assessed that the Customer has violated Meeshop's terms and conditions, or otherwise operated in "bad faith".

Personal data and data processing

When creating a webshop at Meeshop, the following information is collected from the customer: Name, address, email, CVR and company name. The customer can ask anyone to find out what information we have stored. All personal data will be stored for up to 5 years after the customer has terminated the subscription at Meeshop.
